About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at Cornmill Shopping Centre. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere
