About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at Cornmill Shopping Centre. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods, providing cover for absences and ensuring seamless service delivery.
