We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Treasure Hunt Experience Ambassador to join our team at TK Maxx Darlington.
About the RoleAs a Retail Associate, you will be an ambassador for our business, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. You will work closely with your colleagues to create a treasure hunt experience that keeps our customers coming back to our stores again and again.
Responsibilities- To provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- To work effectively as part of a close-knit team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and managers
- To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
You will be a positive, enthusiastic, and approachable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a natural warmth and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. The pace of our store can be fast-paced, but we offer a competitive rate of pay (£9.50 per hour) and a range of benefits to help you thrive in your role.
