About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HM Treasury as the Head of HR Casework Services. As a key member of the People and Capability Team, you will be responsible for leading employee relations casework within the department, ensuring that managers are supported with accurate, timely, and robust advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations casework within HM Treasury, ensuring that managers are supported with accurate, timely, and robust advice.
  • Provide expert, up-to-date advice and support to Treasury senior managers on employee relation casework matters.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of disciplinary and attendance management policies and procedures at HM Treasury.
  • Project lead the introduction of a new casework management system, ensuring accurate record keeping and value for money.
  • Oversee the provision of workplace adjustments, ensuring HM Treasury adopts a best practice approach.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CIPD qualified level 7 (or equivalent experience in the field of HR casework) and have experience of overseeing a full range of HR casework, HR policy, and workplace adjustment activities.
