Job Description: We are seeking a Visual Arts Specialist to join our team at our Alternative Provision School in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Art lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain individual education plans for students, regularly assessing and monitoring progress to adapt teaching methods as needed. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping students with diverse needs thrive in their education.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Art or a related field is preferred
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced Art educators
  3. Experience teaching Art at GCSE level

This role offers a competitive salary, aligned with the teacher's main pay scale in the fringe area, based on experience: £50,000 - £70,000 per year. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation.
