As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality food and beverages within the given limitations.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, prepare and execute menus that meet the expectations of our clients and their guests.
  • To manage the kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management and budget control.
  • To maintain the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being financially astute and numerically able.
  • Possess Team leadership qualities and knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
  • City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or similar NVQ qualifications are required, Food Safety Level 3 is desirable.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons only.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £36,500, plus travel expenses.
