IT Service Desk Professional

This Desktop Support Analyst role is based in a global support center, providing technical support to our clients, including Managing Directors and Citi Markets Trading & Investment Banking Floors. The ideal candidate will have a strong desktop support background and experience with Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to our clients, responding to inbound calls and resolving desktop issues over the phone and by remote console.
- Maintain response levels for the Premium Client Service Centre's phone systems and incident management queues.
- Evaluate and implement changes for the business, including implementing other changes across the Desktop environment and infrastructure it uses.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant help desk work experience.
- Strong desktop support background, with some background in Active Directory.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS networks, Android/Apple mobile devices, and Apps (Blackberry Work, Blackberry Access, Airwatch).
- $100,000 - $120,000 per year salary.
