Customer Service Experience Manager

At Cherry Professional, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Experience Manager.

This pivotal role is integral to the success of our business, requiring a strong background in customer service and effective communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing the end-to-end customer support experience, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, utilizing and maintaining company systems to record and track customer interactions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,150, along with fantastic benefits and career progression opportunities. This role is based in Nottingham NG8 and involves working Monday to Friday on a rolling shift pattern between 8:30 AM and 6 PM, with a 6 AM – 2 PM shift available post-probation and security clearance.
