Customer Experience Lead

We're looking for an experienced team leader to lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional experiences across all channels. This role requires a strong passion for customer service, excellent people management skills, and the ability to champion our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of customer service representatives in a multi-channel environment
* Manage duty cover (evening/weekends) and be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints
* Be the subject matter expert (SME) for new company-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience leading a team in a contact centre environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coach and develop team members
* Excellent knowledge of all channels (calls/email/Chat) including social media engagement
What We Offer:
* Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Up to 33 days holiday per annum
