Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team at Connect Appointments. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging with new and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with other teams to drive revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Conduct Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and acquire direct clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Client Relationships: Nurture existing client relationships and business partnerships, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to boost revenue and engagement.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Contact Database: Maintain an up-to-date contact database, ensuring accurate and timely information on clients and prospects.
- Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular client follow-ups and lead generation activities to drive sales growth and retention.
- Client Representation: Represent Connect Appointments in client meetings and events, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven Success: Proven success in a B2B sales role, with a track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Sales and Business Development: Passion for sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to connect with people.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, analyze data critically, and insert valuable insights to drive business growth.
- Previous Experience: Previous telesales experience is preferred, but not required.
