Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team at Connect Appointments. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging with new and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct targeted outbound sales calls and maintain an up-to-date contact database to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Representative: Represent Connect Appointments in client meetings and events, showcasing our services and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing sales environments and priorities, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
