Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive

Up to £35,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Realise Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and new business development within the business tech services sector, specifically in areas such as Security, Telecoms, IT, and Managed Print Services.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland. You will work closely with our existing customer base to sell new products and services, generating multiple revenue streams and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and prospects. They will also have a strong understanding of the business tech services sector and be able to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
  • Selling new products and services to existing customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
