Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Monitor and assess the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their development
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500 per annum
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks
  • Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year
  • Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy
  • A £100 clothing allowance
  • Family-friendly benefits, including fostering/neonatal leave, enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Shared Parental leave pay after 2 years of continuous service
  • Childcare discount of 40%
  • Emergency childcare: 6 back-up childcare days in any of our nurseries
