Nursery Team Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Years Educator to join Jobit's well-established childcare nursery.
This full-time / part-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £30,000.
As a Room Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the room, including staff performance and support.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
- Observing and documenting each child's development, liaising with parents and colleagues about individual needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute curriculum activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Cultivating positive relationships with children, families, and staff to foster an inclusive community.
- Experience in a nursery or preschool setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Familiarity with the EYFS framework and a dedication to children's holistic development.
- First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training upon employment).
