As a Room Manager at N Family Club, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment and inspiring our team of expert Educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development
- Mentor and coach Educators to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Competitive salary range: £27,500 - £31,500
- Performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
- Flexible working arrangements, including a 4-day 36-hour week
