Room Leader

As a Room Manager at N Family Club, you will be responsible for leading a team of expert Educators in one of our nursery Family Rooms. Your passion for coaching and mentoring will help your team achieve their potential, while also supporting every child to reach theirs.
Our dynamic space at N Family Chertsey is designed to ignite curiosity and nurture creativity in every child. With a newly converted 136-place Nursery, you will be part of a bustling haven for little adventurers in the charming town of Chertsey.
As a Room Manager, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500, with a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
- A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week
- Up to 32 days of holiday a year, including 3 days between Christmas/ New Year and a 'Me' day off of your choice
