About Us

At Service Care Solutions Ltd, we provide expert facilities management services to our clients. We are currently seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience in coordinating service requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate various service requests, including health and life safety systems.
  • Carry out periodic testing of alarms and life-safe installations, maintaining suitable certification.
  • Manage access across the office portfolio, ensuring operational requirements are met.
  • Issue visitor and contractor passes as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as point of contact for external contracts and services.
  • Carry out regular office inspections, identifying non-compliant issues and arranging rectification.
  • Answer defect tickets raised by office members, completing tasks within agreed SLAs.
