Lifetime Training is seeking an experienced Hospitality Talent Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of the hospitality industry.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working with learners across the UK, delivering apprenticeship standards and providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.

As a Hospitality Talent Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to learners to help them achieve their full potential
  • Working closely with employers to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives, helping to shape the future of the hospitality industry.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service
  • Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
  • Experience of working autonomously

A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is available, depending on experience.
