University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to join their team. This role will be responsible for implementing critical OD initiatives and projects that support the trust's 'Exceptional Care Together' Strategy 2024-2030.

The successful candidate will provide specialist OD and C&I services to stakeholders, supporting the continuous quality improvement agenda in areas such as behaviours and values, C&I Culture, culture change, ED&I initiatives, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, talent/succession planning and team development.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's level qualification in OD or Leadership, or equivalent experience in a related field. They will also have a broad and in-depth understanding of E,D&I, leadership, talent and succession planning, as well as experience in managing and delivering projects.
