About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join City & County Healthcare Group as a Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from hospital, helping them transition safely back to their homes.

Responsibilities
  • To assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting with medication.
  • To carry out practical tasks such as preparing meals, helping with housework, and ensuring a safe living environment post-discharge.
Requirements

We are looking for compassionate individuals who have a desire to care. You must be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a close-knit team.
