The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and on-call payment.
Job Description:
This position requires a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage complex care packages with clinical interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of a caseload of clients with spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, motor neuron disease, and multiple sclerosis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possession of organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of CQC requirements
- Experience in managing complex care packages with clinical interventions
- Ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare workers
