Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Healthcare Professional, providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

With a strong focus on quality and safety, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our policies and procedures, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of best practice in patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, to support your professional growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid NMC registration (RGN or Scrub Nurse)
  • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
