Key Role: Property Claims Handler/Case Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading property insurance team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for handling property claims from key clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a professional image.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone and written inquiries regarding property claims.
  • Monitor and handle new claims in line with service level agreements.
  • Ensure the Claims Manager is informed of all issues or complaints.
  • Comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the claims process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling property claims, from either an insurer or loss adjusting background.
  • Strong technical claims knowledge.
