Job Title: Senior Administrator Position

Pertemps Scotland is recruiting a Senior Administrator to join their Glasgow-based client. The main aim of the position is to support the effective administration of ISO management systems within the Safety & Risk team. You will be responsible for overseeing various systems related to safety, risk, and vehicle claims, as well as providing line management for a team of administrators. The role includes managing incident reporting, statutory examinations, and safety audits, as well as leading the development of training materials and industry award submissions. You will also ensure the smooth operation of our electronic safety and audit systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration and operational efficiency of the Safety & Risk team.
  • Oversee the incident reporting system, vehicle claims administration, and asset trackers.
  • Support and lead internal and external audits, including ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001.
  • Develop and maintain management system documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and risk standards, including managing the non-conformance process.
  • Collaborate on the team's industry award submissions and internal risk reporting.
  • Line manage and develop a team of Safety & Risk administrators.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to support the smooth delivery of the team's objectives.
