Job Title: Senior Administrator

About the Role:
Pertemps Scotland is recruiting a Senior Administrator to support the effective administration of ISO management systems within the Safety & Risk team. As a key member of the team, you will oversee various systems related to safety, risk, and vehicle claims. You will also be responsible for providing line management for a team of administrators, managing incident reporting, statutory examinations, and safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration and operational efficiency of the Safety & Risk team.
  • Oversee the incident reporting system, vehicle claims administration, and asset trackers.
  • Support and lead internal and external audits, including ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001.
  • Develop and maintain management system documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and risk standards, including managing the non-conformance process.
  • Collaborate on the team's industry award submissions and internal risk reporting.
  • Line manage and develop a team of Safety & Risk administrators.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to support the smooth delivery of the team's objectives.

  • Experienced Senior Administrator
  • Proven team management and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage audits and maintain compliance with safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering objectives to a high standard.
