As a Family Support Worker at Tyre Hill House, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission of keeping families together when it is in the best interest of the child. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support and guidance to parents, developing and implementing personalized plans, collaborating with other professionals, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
