Personalised Learning Assistant

WMJobs is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personalised Learning Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
Job Overview:
- Salary: £21,775.56 per annum (TA2 scale 5)
- Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support to the child, taking into account their individual needs and requirements.
- Assist the child in learning activities, promoting engagement and focus.
- Contribute to the development of social skills through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure the child's success.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers, providing regular updates on the child's progress.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children or adults with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the child's unique needs.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
