Administrative Operations Specialist

The Social PR is a dynamic creative agency that revolutionizes public relations through experiential marketing and talent management.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to provide crucial support to our growing PR and Talent teams, refining and developing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Task Management: Assist the PR and Talent teams in completing projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high standards. Maintain an organized workflow across the business.
- Cultural Development: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a positive company culture, promoting team members' well-being, value, and motivation.
- Budget Oversight & Profitability: Oversee client budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining exceptional service quality. Apply financial acumen to optimize the agency's profitability.
- Team Structure & Planning: Streamline the team structure and operational planning to allocate resources efficiently and optimize processes for maximum productivity.
- Business Monitoring & Reporting: Track ongoing revenue monthly, providing regular insights to the senior leadership team for informed strategic decision-making.
- Process Development & Adherence: Ensure internal processes and systems are followed correctly, identifying areas for development and improvement to build scalable systems supporting the company's growth.
- Support Business Growth Strategy: Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement the overarching business growth strategy.
- A proven track record in operations, preferably within the PR, media, or talent management sectors.
- An understanding of how a PR agency functions and the demands of client management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to optimize processes and team structures.
- Strong commercial acumen to oversee budgets and drive profitability.
- A proactive solutions-focused attitude with the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
