Community Care Team Lead

We are looking for a talented Community Care Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care support services to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include line managing care workers, conducting assessments and reviews of individual services, and providing supervision and support to ensure seamless service delivery. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position, as some field-based work is involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care workers and provide guidance on their performance
- Conduct assessments and reviews of individual services to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Provide supervision and support to care workers to ensure seamless service delivery
