Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a senior member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading occupational therapy assessments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans for residents with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in occupational therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a community or social care setting, is required.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals and community teams to provide expert recommendations on assistive technology and specialist equipment. Your role will also involve identifying and mitigating risks in service users' homes and daily routines.
A competitive hourly rate of £34 per hour and flexible working arrangements are offered. Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training are also available.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree or diploma in occupational therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
