Residential Children's Services Team Leader Position

As a Residential Children's Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing keywork to a number of young people, supporting them to achieve their aspirations and become independent. You will also provide management to the support work team, including regular individual and group supervisions. Additionally, you will represent the service positively to young people, their families, and partner agencies.
Key Requirements:
You will hold a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level in Health & Social Care or equivalent. You will have experience of working with young people affected by experiences of trauma and loss, as well as challenging behaviour and mental health issues. You will also have knowledge and experience in staff management, excellent leadership skills, and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
