About the Role:

Barchester Healthcare seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to lead clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes. The successful candidate will support home performance, review clinical governance databases, and implement strategies to meet regulations.

This regional role requires regular travel and collaboration with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support home performance and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Review clinical governance databases and implement strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development. Experience working in a care home environment and leadership skills are also required.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive rewards package including a company car, mobile phone, laptop, free learning and development opportunities, and more.
