Clinical Governance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Clinical Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organisation maintains the highest standards of clinical governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to clinical governance
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with clinical governance standards
- Providing training and support to staff on clinical governance matters
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance principles and practices
- Proven experience in leading clinical teams or projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including four weekly payroll runs, £250 training allowance, and exceptional referral bonuses.
Please note that a valid NMC Pin, Enhanced Child And Adults DBS, and most recent employment references are required for this role.
