Quality Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives and working closely with clinical teams to establish robust systems for quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • To work closely with clinical teams to establish robust systems for quality and governance.
  • To contribute to key areas of governance, including strategic development and stakeholder engagement.
  • To provide technical expertise and guidance on clinical governance and quality improvement.
Person Specification
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Clinical Governance, Audit, or Quality knowledge acquired through training and experience.
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
