Clinical Governance Expert

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Clinical Governance Expert to join our team at University College Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care.
The post-holder will be responsible for working closely with UCLH GI Physiology clinical staff and local community-based services to develop and implement robust mechanisms to ensure the delivery of the best possible standards of clinical governance.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and contribute to the development of our department. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, plus London weighting, as well as a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care
- Work closely with UCLH GI Physiology clinical staff and local community-based services
- Ensure compliance with Clinical Governance framework of NHS
**Requirements:
- Full GMC Registration
- On GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of attainment of CCST in gastroenterology and GIM Part II MRCP or equivalent
- Widespread broad based knowledge in all aspects of gastroenterology
