About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Diabetes Inpatient Team at Scarborough Hospital. As a Diabetes Inpatient Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with diabetes
  • Conduct assessments and provide education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

A strong background in nursing and experience in a relevant speciality are essential for this role. We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,541 per annum, depending on experience.
