Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Scarborough Hospital Diabetes Team Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a seasoned Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and developing the in-patient diabetes service, promoting clinical excellence and driving quality improvements.

Main Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practice guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members

A strong background in nursing, leadership experience, and a post-registration qualification in diabetes are highly desirable for this role. We offer a competitive salary of £45,840 - £53,052 per annum, depending on experience.
