Diabetes Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as an Inpatient Diabetes Specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven interest in diabetes care.
The role involves supporting the management of people with diabetes, both in hospital outpatients and across the Trust. You will work closely with the current lead In-Patient Diabetes Specialist Nurse to promote clinical excellence, develop best practice guidelines, and ensure effective communication among teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a key role in delivering high-quality in-patient diabetes care, working jointly with colleagues to identify potential problems, and implement effective care plans.
As part of our commitment to quality evidence-based practice, you will be expected to support the development of high-quality audit and research initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement of our services.
