We are seeking a seasoned Inpatient Nurse Manager to oversee the operations of Ward 1 and Ward 3 at King Edward VII's Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals, foster a culture of continuous learning, and deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a highly visible leader in Ward 1 and Ward 3, providing guidance and support to patients, families, and nursing staff.
- Champion clinical excellence by ensuring both wards are staffed with skilled professionals who possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Promote best practices and cultivate a culture of continuous learning among nursing staff to improve clinical competencies and patient care standards.
- A registered nurse with significant clinical leadership experience in an acute healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage and develop nursing teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial management and resource allocation.
