Senior Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Ward team. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading by example, and mentoring junior colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional patient care, utilizing excellent clinical skills and an empathetic approach
* Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
* Contribute to scheduling, recruitment, and training initiatives
* Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* NMC Registration
* Relevant qualifications and experience
* Post-registration experience
* Knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures
* Ideally, you'll hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management
