Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Aviva. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective listening and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
- Understand and meet each customer's unique needs, taking ownership of their cases and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and develop your understanding of our customer base.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer:
- Salary - £28,500 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount dependent on performance and Aviva's
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, dependent on what you put in
