About the Role:

The Customer Experience Executive will be a key member of our high-paced, dynamic team, utilizing all contact centre channels to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers. This role requires a credible, reliable, and customer-centric image of the company, which will excite and entertain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints within SLA.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support and assist the leadership team in achieving business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on LCCP and GDPR regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer service by providing root cause analysis and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and conversational skills with an enthusiastic and friendly approach.
  • Ability to create trust and excellent persuasive and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce is essential.
  • GDPR conscious and excellent IT skills.
