About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team in our Vodafone Sheffield Meadowhall store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
