About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at GES - Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional exhibition and event experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and senior creative teams to develop innovative exhibition and event solutions.
  • Create design concepts for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring consistency and flair while adhering to client brand guidelines.
  • Develop detailed 3D visualizations, including floor plans, conceptual renderings, elevations, and 3D architecture, to enhance brand experiences.
  • Partner with experiential teams to bring big ideas to life across entire programs, meeting project obligations and commitments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-10+ years' experience in exhibition and events industry with a background in exhibition design.
  • Passion for the latest trends in design, culture, and innovation.
  • Experience with all aspects of the design process, from strategic insights to collaboration with engineers and producers.
  • Strong understanding of diverse materials, finishes, 3D applications, and fabrication methods for environments.
  • Keen sense of project flow, identifying challenges and resolving them effectively.
  • Solid visualization skills, including hand sketching, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Expert knowledge of 3D Max, preferably with V-ray modeling or similar 3D industry-standard software.
