Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation cloud solutions serving the construction industry.
Responsibilities- Develop compelling user experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions
- Conduct customer research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Partner with product managers and engineers to drive successful implementation of user experience design specifications
- Advocate for human-centred design principles and best practices within the organization
- 4+ years of professional design experience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Quality portfolio of recent professional User Experience project work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience applying UX within Agile development environments
- Experience working with 3D graphics and/or Autodesk products
- Experience with user research, analytics, and remote testing platforms
