Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the face of our brand, providing a credible and reliable image of our company. You will be responsible for complaint resolution, proactive communication with customers, and handling inbound and outbound customer contact.
You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be essential in resolving customer complaints and improving our processes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a challenging role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact
- Work closely with the leadership team to improve customer service processes
- Stay up-to-date with business processes and procedures, including GDPR regulations and LCCP conditions
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Ability to create trust and excellent persuasive and influencing skills
- Excellent written skills in order to provide clear and concise responses in both email and letter
- Previous experience using Salesforce essential
- GDPR conscious
- Excellent IT skills and ability/capability to use multiple customer contact systems and good proficiency with Microsoft office
