About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at FICO, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish relationships with key decision-makers in medium and large-sized businesses within the Financial Services sector in the DACH region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business dynamics, and the ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels. You will be responsible for generating interest in FICO's solutions, prospecting for new business opportunities, and cultivating a strong pipeline of leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and contact key decision-makers in the DACH region to generate interest in FICO's solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Financial Services sector.
  • Cultivate a strong pipeline of leads by following up, qualifying, and converting marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
  • Effectively log all interactions and leads in Salesforce.
  • Interact frequently with assigned territory sales teams to ensure they stay engaged.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a results-oriented or sales environment.
  • Able to perform individually and as part of a high-performing team.
  • High energy, passionate, and enjoy being challenged.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is a plus.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
