The Quality Director is a critical role at Coty, responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control functions at our manufacturing site. This position ensures that our factory delivers high-quality products that meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, while also meeting customer and consumer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to cosmetic manufacturing.
- Investigate consumer complaints and provide feedback to consumer affairs and implement improvement actions.
- Manage the quality team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Chemistry master's degree or equivalent.
- 5 or more years' site-based quality leadership experience within the cosmetics/consumer goods/medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, mandatory national standards, and technical specifications.
- Strong capabilities in root cause problem-solving, process control techniques, and change management monitoring.
