Sales Director Hospitality EMEA

Leisure People is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our hospitality sales efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence within the hospitality sector.
About the Role- This is a remote role with extensive travel required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with at least 8 years of experience in the Hospitality sector. They will also possess strong knowledge of fitness equipment and solutions, as well as the hospitality market.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 basic plus commission and an OTE of £85,000. Additionally, we provide a company pension and opportunities for extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Hospitality sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers within the hospitality industry.
- New Business Development: Prospect and acquire new hospitality clients by conducting market research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating how our products and services can address specific client requirements and challenges.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, preparing and finalizing contracts and agreements to close sales deals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management, tracking performance against targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
