Service Desk Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Rethink. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of technical support interactions
Requirements:
\u2022 2-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
\u2022 Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
